Text messaging terms
By opting in to or using the TEAM Accounting and Tax, LLC text messaging service, you agree to these SMS Terms and Privacy provisions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services from TEAM.
How to opt in
You may opt in by texting START to 651-419-8326. By doing so, you consent to receive individual conversational text messages from TEAM Accounting and Tax, LLC concerning service inquiries, appointments, accounting and tax-service coordination, and client support.
Messages you may receive
Messages may include:
- Responses to questions about TEAM services;
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations;
- Accounting and tax-service coordination;
- Document-status updates and requests to check your email for secure transfer instructions; and
- Other one-to-one client-support communications.
This service is not used for bulk messaging, automated campaigns, or marketing and promotional broadcasts.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your requests and your interaction with TEAM. TEAM does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan.
Opting out and getting help
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To resume messages, reply START.

SMS privacy policy
TEAM may collect your mobile telephone number, the content of messages exchanged with TEAM, message timing and delivery information, and records of your consent or opt-out request. We use this information to communicate with you, provide requested services and support, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
TEAM may share information with Microsoft, telecommunications carriers, and service providers only as reasonably necessary to transmit messages, operate the service, maintain security, or comply with law. TEAM does not sell or rent your mobile information.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Protecting sensitive information
SMS is not a secure channel for confidential tax or financial information. Do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking information, account passwords, or other sensitive information by text. Use TEAM's secure upload service for confidential documents.
Changes to these terms
TEAM may update these terms and privacy provisions from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the text messaging service after an update is subject to the revised terms.
